January 1, 2025These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and MAE present WAAH, operating the PC Store website and associated content publications. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and any published editorial content.
By placing an order, subscribing to our newsletter, or simply browsing our website, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.
These Terms may change. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our store after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
To use our store and place orders, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during checkout.
- Have a valid delivery address within India (we currently serve domestic orders only).
- Have a valid payment method accepted by our payment processors.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or repeated policy violations.
All products listed on our store are subject to the following:
- Product descriptions: We strive for accuracy but product images and specifications may vary slightly from actual items.
- Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.
- Stock availability: Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. We may cancel orders for out-of-stock items with a full refund.
- Promotional pricing: Discounts and offers apply only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively.
Pricing errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
When you place an order with PC Store:
- Order confirmation: Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing an order, via UPI, net banking, debit/credit card, or other available methods.
- Order records: Order data is securely stored via Google Sheets for fulfilment and customer service purposes.
- Cancellation before dispatch: Contact us immediately at +91 8512032086 if you wish to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation once dispatch is initiated.
- Fraudulent orders: Any order suspected of being fraudulent will be cancelled and reported to relevant authorities.
We deliver across India. Our standard delivery timeframe is 2–7 business days depending on your location. The following apply:
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹20,000.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to courier, weather, or force majeure are not our liability.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address. Re-delivery costs due to failed attempts are borne by the customer.
- Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Returns are subject to our full Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key conditions:
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Items damaged by the user, missing serial numbers, or opened software are non-returnable.
- In case of a manufacturing defect, we provide a free replacement or full refund.
All products sold by PC Store carry the standard manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product category. Our obligations under warranty:
- We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty claims where applicable.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by misuse.
- Extended warranty options may be available for select products — details provided at time of purchase.
Warranty claims after our 14-day return window must be directed to the manufacturer directly. We provide support documentation to assist this process.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and layout — is the property of MAE present WAAH or its licensors, protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of this website without prior written permission.
- Product images may be subject to manufacturer copyrights and are used under licence for product listing purposes only.
- Any published editorial or news content on our platform is covered under our Google News Publisher obligations (see Sections 11–16).
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, MAE present WAAH shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity resulting from service interruptions or delays.
- Damages caused by third-party courier services, payment processors, or manufacturers.
- Content accuracy or availability of third-party websites linked from our platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically applicable consumer protection and e-commerce regulations including the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and Information Technology Act 2000.
- Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our team.
- Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
- We comply fully with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
MAE present WAAH is registered as a Google News Publication Partner through the Google Publisher Center. This designation means we have agreed to and continue to comply with Google's News Publisher Policies in addition to our own internal editorial standards.
Our Google News publication includes product reviews, tech news, buying guides, and industry updates relevant to computers, laptops, gaming, and accessories. The following sections (11–16) specifically govern our conduct as a Google News partner.
Scope: These publisher policies apply to all content distributed through or indexed by Google News, including articles, reviews, and product-related editorial content published under the MAE present WAAH brand.
As a Google News publisher, all editorial content we produce and distribute adheres to the following standards:
- Originality: All articles, reviews, and guides are original works. We do not republish, scrape, or plagiarise content from other publishers.
- Accuracy: We take reasonable steps to verify facts before publication. Corrections are promptly issued when errors are identified, with clear labels on updated articles.
- Author transparency: Articles carry clear bylines identifying the author or editorial team responsible for the content.
- Dates: All content is clearly dated at publication and updated articles display their revision date.
- Satire & opinion: Satirical or opinion-based content is clearly labelled as such and not presented as factual reporting.
- Sponsored content: Any content produced in partnership with a brand or sponsor is clearly disclosed with "Sponsored", "Ad", or "Partnered" labels as required by Google's policies.
- Health & safety: We do not publish content that contradicts established scientific consensus or promotes health misinformation.
Correction policy: If you identify an inaccuracy in our published content, please email maepresentwaah@gmail.com with the article URL and the correction. We will review and respond within 48 hours.
As a Google News partner, we comply with Google's publisher data policies including:
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns and reader behaviour on published content. This data is anonymised and used solely for editorial improvement.
- Search Console: We use Google Search Console to monitor content performance and ensure our published articles meet technical quality standards set by Google.
- Reader data: We do not sell reader behavioural data from our editorial content to third parties. Data collected on published articles is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Consent compliance: Where required, we display cookie consent banners to users in applicable regions in compliance with Google's EU User Consent Policy and India's DPDP Act 2023.
- Data retention: Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 26 months before being automatically purged.

Our advertising practices across published content comply fully with Google AdSense Programme Policies and Google News content monetisation guidelines:
- Ad placement: Ads are placed in clearly distinguished zones. We do not place ads in a way that may confuse them with editorial content.
- Ad density: We maintain an appropriate ad-to-content ratio as required by Google. We do not implement ad-heavy pages that degrade user experience.
- No deceptive ads: We prohibit deceptive, misleading, or malicious advertising content on our platform. All ad creatives must comply with Google's AdSense ad requirements.
- No ad stacking: We do not stack multiple ad units in a single viewport or use techniques that inflate impressions artificially.
- Affiliate disclosure: Where product links are affiliate links (earning us a commission at no cost to you), they are clearly disclosed in the article with "This article contains affiliate links" or equivalent language.
- Native advertising: Native or promoted content is always labelled with "Promoted", "Sponsored", or "Ad" — never presented as organic editorial content.
Reader note: If you see an ad on our platform that appears deceptive, misleading, or inappropriate, please report it to us at maepresentwaah@gmail.com so we can investigate and take action.
In compliance with Google News Publisher Policies, MAE present WAAH strictly prohibits publishing the following types of content on our platform:
- Misinformation & fake news: Fabricated or demonstrably false news stories, health misinformation, or content designed to deceive readers about real-world events.
- Hate speech: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against any individual or group based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability.
- Dangerous & harmful content: Articles that promote or instruct harmful, illegal, or dangerous activities.
- Sexually explicit content: Any form of adult or sexually explicit content — our platform is family-safe and product-focused.
- Harassing or threatening content: Content targeting, harassing, or threatening real individuals, public figures, or private citizens.
- Manipulated media: Deceptively edited images, videos, or audio presented as genuine news or events (deepfakes).
- Malware or phishing: We never distribute content that links to or promotes malicious software or phishing schemes.
- Election misinformation: False claims about electoral processes, voter eligibility, or election results in any country.
Violation reporting: If you believe content on our platform violates any of the above policies, contact us immediately at maepresentwaah@gmail.com. We take all reports seriously and investigate within 24 hours.
As a responsible Google News publisher, we maintain the following transparency and accountability commitments:
- Publisher identity: MAE present WAAH is clearly identified as the publisher of all content. Our business name, address, and contact details are publicly available on this website.
- Ownership transparency: We disclose that MAE present WAAH is operated as an independent media and e-commerce entity based in Delhi, India. There is no undisclosed ownership by political parties, government bodies, or foreign entities.
- Editorial independence: Our editorial team operates independently. Advertisers and commercial partners do not influence our editorial decisions, product reviews, or news coverage.
- Corrections & retractions: We maintain a clear process for correcting errors. Significant corrections are published with transparency, and retractions — if ever required — are issued prominently.
- Community standards: We moderate user-generated content (comments, reviews) to prevent harassment, spam, or policy-violating material.
- Google Policy compliance: We conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with Google News Publisher Policies, Google AdSense Policies, and Google's Webmaster Guidelines.
- Legal compliance: All content complies with applicable Indian law including the IT Act 2000, IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, and the Press Council of India's journalistic norms.
Policy violations by us: If Google determines that our content violates their publisher policies, we commit to addressing the issue promptly and transparently notifying our readers of any required changes.
